Pharmacy Weight Loss Leigh is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Leigh, UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide in your consultation is accurate, complete, and truthful.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate, where eligibility criteria are not met, or where we have reason to believe information provided is inaccurate.
All consultations are completed via our secure online questionnaire. Your responses are reviewed by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or a qualified prescriber, who will determine whether a prescription is clinically appropriate for you.
Completion of a consultation does not guarantee the issuing of a prescription. Our clinical team retains the right to refuse or withhold a prescription if it is not deemed safe or suitable for you. We may contact you for further clinical information before a decision is made.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medication, dose, and quantity specified. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances before placing any subsequent orders.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Payment will be taken upon submission of your consultation. If a prescription is not approved, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method. We do not store your payment card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and a prescription approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispensed. To cancel, please contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as medications cannot be re-used or resold once they have left our pharmacy. This is in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
The information provided through our website and consultations is for clinical assessment purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for a full in-person medical examination. Our service complements, but does not replace, ongoing care from your GP or other healthcare providers.
You are responsible for informing your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purposes of providing our pharmacy service. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for details.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
